Mandatory Safety Equipment 🛡️

All rage room participants must wear protective gear provided by The SmashIt House during the session.

Provided by The SmashIt House:
Gloves, hard hat, and goggles.

Participant Required:
Closed-toe shoes, long pants, and a long-sleeved shirt. Coveralls are not guaranteed.

Safety gear must remain on at all times. Failure to follow safety rules may result in the session being stopped or ended without refund.

Before Your Session – Important Info 🟦

✅ E-Waiver Required: All participants must complete an electronic waiver before arrival.

🪪 ID Check: A valid ID matching the waiver and booking/payment card may be required before entry.

👶 Age Requirement: Guests must be 15 years or older to enter the facility and participate. Guests ages 15–17 may participate only if a parent or legal guardian is physically present inside the rage room during the experience. A signed waiver from the parent or legal guardian is also required.

🤰 Pregnancy Policy: Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.

👕 Dress Code: Long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required.

🚫 Drug & Alcohol-Free Facility: Guests must arrive sober. No alcohol, drugs, or aggressive behavior are permitted on the premises.

⏰ Arrival Time: Please arrive 15–20 minutes early for check-in, waiver verification, and safety briefing. Sessions will not be extended or delayed for late arrivals.

Rage Room Guest Policy ⚠️

  • Participants must be in a sound state of mind and body before participating.

  • Only tools provided by The SmashIt House may be used inside the rage room.

  • All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.

  • Swing or throw objects only toward the designated throw wall.

  • Do not hit the ceiling, non-designated walls, doors, windows, cameras, lights, or any other restricted areas.

  • Sledgehammers may not be used on walls or non-approved surfaces.

  • Remain aware of your surroundings and other participants at all times.

  • Staff may pause, intervene, or stop the timer if safety rules are violated.

  • Repeated or serious safety violations may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

End of Session

When your session ends, please remove all gear and tools and place them in the designated metal bin outside the rage room.

For safety and security, video and audio recording may be in effect throughout the facility.

Acknowledgment of Inherent Risks ⚡

  • The SmashIt House offers high-energy, high-risk indoor entertainment experiences designed for controlled chaos. These activities involve unavoidable hazards, including but not limited to:

  • Flying debris, broken glass, ceramics, electronics, and furniture

  • Heavy objects and unpredictable breakage

  • Fast-moving projectiles

  • Slippery surfaces

  • Rapid movement, swinging tools, and physical exertion

  • Misthrows or improper use of equipment

  • Some medical or physical conditions may significantly increase the risk of injury.

  • Visual Impairment: Clear vision is important for hazard awareness. Participants who are blind or have significant vision loss may face increased risk.

  • Mobility Limitations: Activities that require balance, movement, strength, or quick reaction time may be unsafe for some guests with mobility impairments.

  • Severe Health Conditions: Heart, respiratory, neurological, or other serious medical conditions may make participation unsafe.

  • Some experiences cannot be safely accommodated due to the inherent risks of the activity. Participation may be declined for safety reasons, applied consistently to all guests.

Waiver of Liability

  • By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand these activities involve known and unknown risks.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

  • You agree to follow all staff instructions and wear required protective gear at all times.

  • You understand participation may be refused or stopped for safety reasons.

  • You release and hold harmless The SmashIt House, its owners, employees, staff, representatives, and affiliates from liability for injury, property damage, or other claims arising from participation.

The SmashIt House verifies customer identity for safety and security. Information provided in the waiver may be compared with the participant’s valid ID and booking/payment information to confirm a match before participation.
