🔥 RAGE ROOM FAQ

Q: What is a Rage Room?
A Rage Room is a safe, controlled space where you can smash items like glassware, electronics, ceramics, and more. It's fun stress relief and a great activity for friends, coworkers, and couples.

Q: What should I expect when I arrive?
You'll sign a liability waiver and show a valid ID matching the reservation. Anyone appearing impaired, unsafe, or not of sound mind/body may be refused service for safety.

Q: What is your refund policy?
All bookings are non-refundable. You may reschedule if needed — contact us before your session.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
No. Please reserve online to guarantee your time.

Q: Do you accept donations of breakables?
Yes — dishes, glassware, small electronics, bottles, frames, and flat-screen TVs.
No — CRT TVs, projection TVs, large appliances, mirrors, or hazardous items.

Q: What should I bring for check-in?
Arrive 15 minutes early with a valid photo ID. Late arrivals may lead to shortened or rescheduled sessions.

Q: When can I be turned away or rescheduled?
We may refuse service if:
• You appear under the influence
• You display unsafe or aggressive behavior
• You’re visibly pregnant or unable to participate safely
• You arrive too late for your session

Q: What happens if I’m late?
Your session may be shortened or rescheduled. We cannot extend time for late arrivals.

Q: What items will I break?
Depending on your package: TVs, monitors, laptops, printers, ceramics, mugs, dishes, frames, and more.

Q: How many people can be in the Rage Room at once?
Depending on package, 7–10 guests at a time.

Q: What tools can I use?
Sledgehammers, bats, crowbars, and other Smashit weapons. Outside tools are not allowed.

Q: What if I finish early?
You may purchase extra smash items if available.

Q: Can I bring my own items to smash?
Yes — small personal items may be approved by staff.

Q: Can I play my own music?
Yes! Connect your phone to our Bluetooth speaker.

Q: What is the age requirement?
Guests must be 14+. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Q: What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, and long pants. Safety gear is provided (helmet, gloves, goggles).

Q: What is Plate Therapy?
Plate Therapy lets you write your stress on a plate, throw it, and shatter it. It’s symbolic, emotional, and extremely satisfying.

Q: Do I need experience?
No — it’s simple, safe, and beginner-friendly.

Q: Is Plate Therapy included in some packages?
Yes — it can be booked alone or added to most experiences.

Q: What is the age requirement?
14+ (under 18 must have a parent or guardian).

🪓 AXE THROWING FAQ (The Axe Hole House)

Q: Is axe throwing safe for beginners?
Yes — every session includes coaching, safety training, and supervised gameplay.

Q: Is it BYOB?
Yes! Axe Throwing at The Axe Hole House is BYOB. Beer and wine only.
Anyone appearing intoxicated will be refused service.

Q: Do we get a private lane?
Yes — all bookings include private lane access.

Q: What throwing tools are included?
Cold Steel axes, 12-inch throwing knives, ninja stars, throwing cards, plus expert coaching.

Q: How many people can throw per lane?
Up to 7 per lane; large groups (up to 12) can book multiple lanes.

Q: What is the age requirement?
Ages 14+ with parent/guardian for minors.

Q: What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes required. Comfortable clothing recommended.

🎨 NEON SPLATTER PAINT FAQ

Q: What is the Neon Splatter Paint Room?
A private black-light studio where you throw neon UV paint on canvases and walls. Each guest takes home a glowing masterpiece.

Q: Is it messy?
Yes — the fun kind! Goggles, booties, and ponchos provided.

Q: Do I need artistic talent?
No — splatter is pure chaotic fun.

Q: How many people can join a session?

Q: Is this traditional paintball?
No — it’s indoor paintball target shooting. No bruises, no opponents, no mess.

Cups, bottles, plates, and fun stacked/arranged targets.

Q: Is it safe for kids?
Ages 14+ with adult supervision.

Q: How long is a typical session?
Usually 15–30 minutes or part of a combo package.
