⚠️ Quick Rules Before You Book

• Ages 15+ only: Guests must be at least 15 years old to enter the facility and participate.

• Minors: Guests ages 15–17 must have a parent or legal guardian physically present during the experience. A parent or legal guardian must also complete the required waiver.

• E-waiver required: Every participant must complete the electronic waiver before arrival.

• Arrive 20 minutes early: This allows time for check-in, ID and waiver verification, and the safety briefing.

• Dress correctly: Long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required.

• Zero drugs and alcohol: Guests must arrive sober. Alcohol, drugs, intoxication, and aggressive behavior are not permitted.

• No refunds: Eligible credits and reschedules may be valid for up to 12 months. Contact us before your scheduled session.

• Private experiences: Your booked experience is reserved for your group and is not shared with strangers.

🔥 Rage Room FAQ

Q: What is a rage room?
A rage room is a controlled environment where guests can smash approved items such as glassware, ceramics, electronics, and furniture. It is a high-energy activity involving inherent risks, so all safety rules and staff instructions must be followed.

Q: What should I expect when I arrive?
Arrive 20 minutes early. Staff will check you in, verify your waiver and identification when required, review the safety rules, and provide protective equipment before your session.

Q: What should I bring for check-in?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. The name on your ID may be compared with the names on the waiver and booking or payment information.

Q: What is the refund and rescheduling policy?
All bookings are non-refundable. Eligible credits and reschedules may be valid for up to 12 months. Contact The Smashit House before your scheduled session to discuss eligibility and available options.

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
Advance online booking is strongly recommended. Private sessions, date-night times, weekend times, and group packages can sell out.

Q: What happens if I am late?
Sessions cannot be delayed or extended for late arrivals. Your experience may be shortened or may need to be rescheduled according to availability and the booking policy.

Q: When may participation be refused or stopped?
Staff may refuse, pause, or end participation when a guest:

• Appears impaired by drugs or alcohol

• Displays unsafe, threatening, or aggressive behavior

• Does not meet the age, waiver, identification, or clothing requirements

• Is pregnant or cannot participate safely

• Arrives too late to complete check-in and the required safety briefing

• Ignores staff instructions or misuses equipment

Safety-related removal or termination may occur without a refund.

Q: Is the experience safe for everyone?
These activities involve unavoidable hazards, including flying debris, broken materials, heavy objects, slippery surfaces, projectiles, swinging tools, and physical exertion. Some medical or physical conditions may make participation unsafe. Contact us before booking if you are unsure whether you can safely participate.

Q: What items will I break?
Items vary by package and availability and may include glassware, ceramics, dishes, frames, electronics, monitors, printers, laptops, televisions, or furniture. Exact item types and quantities are determined by the package you purchase.

Q: How many people can participate?
Capacity depends on the selected package. Choose a date-night, small-group, solo, party, or team-building package that matches your group size.

Q: What tools may I use?
Only tools supplied or approved by The Smashit House may be used. Available tools may include sledgehammers, bats, crowbars, and other approved smash tools. Outside tools are not permitted.

Q: What if I finish smashing early?
Additional smash items may be available for purchase, subject to inventory and remaining session time.

Q: Can I bring personal items to smash?
Small personal items may be accepted only after staff inspection and approval. Do not bring hazardous materials, large appliances, mirrors, CRT or projection televisions, or any item staff has not approved.

Q: Do you accept donated breakables?
Approved donations may include dishes, glassware, bottles, frames, small electronics, and flat-screen televisions. The Smashit House does not accept CRT televisions, projection televisions, large appliances, mirrors, hazardous materials, or other unsafe items. Contact us before bringing a donation.

Q: Can I play my own music?
Yes. Bluetooth music may be available during your private experience. Ask staff for assistance.

Q: What is the age requirement?
The entire facility is ages 15 and older. Guests ages 15–17 must have a parent or legal guardian physically present during the experience and must have the required waiver completed by that parent or legal guardian.

Q: Do you offer activities for children under 15?
No. Guests must be at least 15 years old to enter the facility or participate in any experience.

Q: What should I wear?
Long sleeves, long pants, and closed-toe shoes are required. The Smashit House provides required rage-room safety equipment, including gloves, a hard hat, and goggles. Safety equipment must remain on as instructed.

🪓 Axe Throwing FAQ

Q: Is axe throwing suitable for beginners?
Yes. Sessions include instruction, safety guidance, coaching, and beginner-friendly games.

Q: Is axe throwing private?
Yes. Axe-throwing bookings include private lane access for the booked group.

Q: Is axe throwing BYOB?
No. The Smashit House is a drug- and alcohol-free facility. Do not bring or consume alcohol or drugs on the premises. Anyone appearing impaired will be refused service.

Q: What throwing equipment is included?
Depending on the package, equipment may include axes, throwing knives, ninja stars, throwing cards, and coaching. Only equipment supplied or approved by staff may be used.

Q: How many guests can participate?
Package options are available for couples, small groups, parties, and team-building events. The number of lanes used depends on the package and group size.

Q: Can axe throwing be combined with a rage room?
Yes. Selected packages combine rage room smashing with axe throwing for a longer, more competitive indoor experience.

🍽️ Plate Therapy FAQ

Q: What is Plate Therapy?
Plate Therapy lets you write on a plate and then throw it at the designated wall. It is a quick, fun way to let stress out and add something extra to your visit.

Q: Is Plate Therapy a full rage room?
No. Plate Therapy is different from a full rage room session. It focuses on throwing plates, while rage room packages may include glass, breakables, electronics, furniture, and smash tools depending on the package.

Q: Do I need experience?
No. Staff will explain the safety rules and designated throwing area before you begin.

Q: Is Plate Therapy included in every package?
No. It is included with selected packages and may be available as an upgrade. Review the package description before booking.

🎯 Indoor Paintball Target Shooting FAQ

Q: Is this traditional paintball?
No. This is private indoor paintball target shooting. Guests shoot at targets rather than at one another, so there is no running and no one gets hit by an opponent.

Q: What will we shoot at?
Targets may include cups, bottles, plates, and other approved target arrangements. The setup varies by package.

Q: What equipment is included?
Paintball markers, the package’s listed quantity of paintballs, protective goggles, targets, and guided instruction are provided.

Q: Can paintball target shooting be added to another experience?
Yes. Indoor paintball target shooting may be available as part of selected combo packages or upgrades.

Q: How long is the experience?
Duration varies by package and whether paintball target shooting is booked alone or as part of a combination experience. Review the selected package for the exact session details.

Q: Do you offer birthday, group, and corporate packages?
Yes. Private packages are available for birthdays, team building, bachelor and bachelorette outings, date nights, friends, work stress relief, and other celebrations. Package capacity and included activities vary.

Q: Are experiences private?
Yes. Booked experiences are private to your group and are not shared with strangers.

Q: Is this a good date-night activity?
Yes. Couples and besties can book private rage room experiences and combo packages with axe throwing, Plate Therapy, and indoor paintball target shooting.

Q: Is this good for groups?
Yes. The Smashit House is built for friends, birthdays, team outings, coworkers, and small private groups that want something more interactive than dinner, drinks, or another escape room.

Q: Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, subject to staff instructions and safety rules. A recorded-session video upgrade may also be available when booking.

Q: Is parking available?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available.

Yes. The Davie location serves guests from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Hollywood, Plantation, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and other South Florida communities. Travel time varies with traffic.

Q: What indoor activities do you offer?
The Smashit House offers private rage rooms, axe throwing, Plate Therapy, and indoor paintball target shooting. Combination packages and upgrades may also be available.

Q: Is this suitable for families and teenagers?
It is suitable for families whose participating guests are all at least 15 years old. Guests ages 15–17 require a parent or legal guardian to be physically present and must meet the waiver requirements.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Advance booking is recommended, particularly for nights, weekends, parties, and larger groups.

📍 Safety & Facility Rules

Q: Is an e-waiver required?
Yes. Every participant must complete the electronic waiver before arrival and before entering an activity area.

Q: Is identification required?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Identification may be checked against the waiver and booking or payment information for safety and security.

Q: Can pregnant guests participate?
No. Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the activities for safety reasons.

Q: What time should I arrive?

Q: Is alcohol permitted?
No. The facility has a zero-drug and zero-alcohol policy. Guests must arrive sober and remain sober. Anyone suspected of impairment may be denied entry or removed without a refund.

Unsafe, threatening, aggressive, intoxicated, or uncooperative behavior is prohibited. Guests must follow staff instructions, use only approved equipment, and direct all swings, throws, and shots toward designated areas.

Q: May I use outside tools or equipment?
No. Only tools and equipment supplied or specifically approved by The Smashit House may be used.

Q: Is recording used inside the facility?
Video and audio recording may be in effect for safety and security.

⚡ Inherent Risks, Medical Safety & Waiver

Q: Are The Smashit House activities high-risk?
Yes. The activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. These may include flying debris, broken glass or ceramics, heavy objects, fast-moving projectiles, slippery surfaces, physical exertion, misthrows, and improper equipment use.

Q: Can a medical or physical condition affect participation?
Yes. Conditions affecting vision, balance, strength, mobility, reaction time, heart or respiratory health, or neurological function may increase the risk of injury. Contact The Smashit House before booking if you are uncertain about safe participation.

Q: Can participation be refused?
Yes. Staff may decline, pause, or end participation when an activity cannot be completed safely or when a guest does not follow the rules. Safety policies are applied consistently to all guests.

Q: What do I acknowledge by signing the waiver?
Participants acknowledge that the activities involve known and unknown risks, voluntarily assume those risks, agree to follow staff instructions and wear required protective equipment, and understand that participation may be refused or stopped for safety reasons.

Q: What liability is released?
The electronic waiver contains the controlling release language. Participants agree to release and hold harmless The Smashit House, its owners, employees, staff, representatives, and affiliates from liability for injury, property damage, or other claims arising from participation, as stated in the waiver.
